If you have been following me for a while, you know that I love to spent time outdoor walking with my black Labrador 🐕‍🦺 Misha, along the beach or in the forrest Everyday I use this walk as my energy booster and performance enhancer 🏃‍♀️The benefits of these daily walks are endless. First of all, when ever you move your body, you improve your mood. That alone is worth doing it 🧠Besides that you get energized from being in nature, from the light, and from your movement, which increases your happy hormone levels.
