I think that the most important thing is to understand that marketing is:

• Not what you say to the customer, it’s about how you make them feel.
• So if you can make them feel whatever, give them hope or give them a feeling of that this is where you will bring them.
• Then you will talk to them in several ways, to their head and to the heart.
• It’s very important in marketing to speak to the heart too and not just to the logic.
• Always talk about the end result, not about the process.
• If you want to sell people a program about lose 10 pounds, you talk about how it feels when they have lost the 10 pounds, not about how much jargon they have to do, how much diet they have to do, and how much follow up they have to do.

You have to talk about all the benefits about how wonderful it is.
