I don’t have enough time, always feeling overwhelmed. It is very often that we see entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants, who have their own business, that they are so overwhelmed because there’s so much to do, there’s so much information, so much ideas and things coming up.

So what I think is very very important is that you start every day with setting up your three most important tasks. And the most important tasks, they are the ones that drive your business towards your goal. So they have to be someone that actually moves the business.

They will generate profit, they will generate more sales. These are the ones that will actually move your business. So these three most important tasks have to be on top of your agenda every day.

So every morning you start, what are the three most important tasks today?

It’s not paying bills.Reading emails or answer emails, stuff like that. It is like finishing my sales page or visiting 10 new prospects today or talk with 10 new prospects today.

Things like that that will generate business or move your business. That’s the most important thing.

I will say as an entrepreneur you will have to spend your time, something like:

• 70% you need to spend on relationships, with customers, clients, at least 70% with the relationship.
• 20% on ideas, it can be marketing ideas, branding, big picture, development of new products, stuff like that.
• The last 10% you must know your numbers. So be very keen on your numbers, know everything in your business.

You should know every key numbers on your fingertips, you should look at them every day, every time you invest in marketing, see what returns come back, every time you sell something what is the profit of that?
So you need to know these numbers.
