What is an important question to ask yourself as a business owner?
I think it’s very important to ask yourself why will the customers stay and do repeat business with me? Because it costs seven times as much to acquire a new customer as to sell to the existing one that you already have.
How can you make sure that people keep on doing business with you?
I think that the most important thing you can do:
- Treat them with respect.
- Communicate with them, ask them about their opinion
- Involve them in things, give them good offer, give them special treatment.
- Offer them things before the market gets it and so on.
- Keep in contact with them, know them very well so they will like you and they know you.
They will trust you that you wow them,and they feel this tight connection to you so you will have them to stay there like forever.Or at least as long as this business life circle is.
So you have to ask yourself why, and this why, this is where you dig into your business and actually make sure that you deliver value, that you deliver more than they expect, so ask yourself this why.
